very very cool, man
I love the lights in the right upper corner
I wish you could make him out a little more, because when looking at this I couldn't really tell it was photojournalism/taken at a concert
but extremely nice composition, and the atmosphere is
I actually really admire this. each element in this comes together, bouncing off eachother to create a surreal environment. the silhouette of the guy as the incredible light off the cello hits his face like some vector art, while the speckled lights bring pattern as they die out to darkness. it's a total view that could only be picked up by searching eyes, and I believe you had the artistic searching eye.
I like everything about this, so I have no negative comments or critique, or whatever the hell. I think you seriously brought attention from human elements in relation to reality with such an abstract perspective.
First off, outstanding low key photo... I think this is amongst your best work!
P.S.
I know you like to know exactly how I feel about your photos so I have one thing to say. The element near the persons face is distracting to me. I just wonder if you removed it (don't know the actual result either!) the 2 elements (the face, and upper right hand lights) would, IMHO, strengthen the image. I know that the lights were there (and help to form the face contour), and its kinda cheating, but hey, thats the digital age.
I'm torn between keeping it pure...and digitally sexing it....
Hmmmm. This I will have to ponder......Becuse Seeing it edited..it does look good. But also, depending on the person, I think the cello holds an interesting aspect. Ohhh, this is a tough one man!
Screw you!
But Hey, thanks for the awesome comment. and yeah..I always appreciate your opinion.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. buy me for extremely low prices
I'm exaggerating just a bit, but, seriously, this is a really awesome shot. The lighting is so minimal, yet you can make everything out.
