My first darkroom print which I am actually somewhat happy enough with to show. From my second session printing. The second time was so much easier. It's not necessarily an awesome photo, but I am excited to show you all my first darkroom experiences.
This was off a roll that I shot in June or July of 2006, left it to sit on my desk for six months and I finally developed in in January 2007. I remember this shot, along with a few others. Ones that stick in your mind the moment you hit the shutter button. It was a very interesting thing having not seen them till much later. Like time traveling almost.
And I dropped the entire roll of negs on the darkroom floor after just pulling them off the developer reel. This is the dust you see. I should have just immediately washed them. Hindsight is 20/20. This is all what learning is about....I'd hope.
