This was an idea that came to me suddenly like a lightbulb above my head. Dunno what you guys will think of it, but I like it. These are actually my work boots. One of the most important things I wear.
Hmm, you mean, you would like to know my secrets?! It's pretty simple....
Basically the ingredients are, 1. MOST IMPORTANT, an imagination that functions properly! 2. A camera capable of doing at least a 10 second exposures (just so you have adequate time to work. 3. Tripod and lastly 4. a light source.
I used a mini Maglite for the light source with the reflector head unscrewed so that the lightbulb was completely exposed. Camera on tripod, of course, set the shot up to how I liked it with positioning of boots and such, then turned off all the lights. I had a black sleeve shirt with a black glove on, I don't know how much of a difference it makes, but I like to think it does help keep your hand from being captured. I set the self timer just so I could position myself without worrying about the shutter button, and *click* start painting!
as long as you can controll the shutter speed, and can get it to do about 10 second exposure, then you can do it. you just need a tripod and an imagination
thanks for the comment.
